NIGHT SHIFT POSITION: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Supervisor to lead our NIGHT SHIFT manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee development while leading a team of production personnel to achieve operational goals.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys coaching employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement, on the night shift. NIGHT SHIFT Schedule

Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AMChoose one of the following rotations:

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday OR
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 1530 production employees and team leads
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, and teamwork
• Conduct performance discussions, training, and employee development activities
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, HR, and EHS teams
• Monitor staffing levels and support production schedules

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree REQUIRED in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Years of previous leadership experience REQUIRED in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
• Must be available to work NIGHT SHIFT (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of 20+ employees
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S principles
• Experience with performance management and employee development
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
