Production Supervisor / Team Leader Shift: Mid ShiftPay: $70,000-75,000/year Job Duties

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift
• Monitor daily production goals, quality, and efficiency
• Assign work and ensure proper staffing across production areas
• Help troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
• Ensure employees follow safety and quality procedures
• Coach and develop team members
• Communicate production updates and concerns with management
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Preferred Experience

• Previous production or manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong people-management and communication skills
• Experience managing production goals, quality, safety, and workflow
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Assistant Plant Manager / Production Manager Shift: Day ShiftPay: $85,000/yearJob Duties

• Oversee daily production operations and manufacturing teams
• Support plant leadership with staffing, scheduling, and production planning
• Monitor production output, quality, safety, and efficiency
• Lead and develop supervisors and production employees
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce downtime
• Assist with resolving production and operational issues
• Ensure production goals and customer requirements are met
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Preferred Experience

• Previous Production Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, or similar manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience overseeing production teams and supervisors
• Strong background in safety, quality, production planning, and process improvement
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
