Production Associate - Start ASAP Join a Growing Production Team We're hiring Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Be Doing
- Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, package, and prepare products according to company standards.
- Box, label, and palletize finished products for shipment.
- Sort and bag products to meet customer and production requirements.
- Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or issues.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Support efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Experience working around forklifts is a plus.
- Ability to work with agricultural materials such as hay or grass.
