Production Associate

Job Title: Production Line OperatorJob DescriptionAs a Production Line Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production by assembling products, operating manufacturing equipment, and adhering to established work instructions, production documentation, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform assembly line tasks in accordance with work instructions and production requirements.
• Adhere to all safety standards, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and safely handle materials, including heavy lifting as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Assist with forklift operations when properly trained and authorized.

Essential Skills

• Ability to accurately follow production documents, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Experience using basic measuring instruments, hand tools, and production equipment.
• Ability to safely perform manual material handling and heavy lifting as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, food production, factory, or assembly line setting.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong technical skills.
• Experience operating forklifts and supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prior experience leading or supervising production or assembly teams is a plus, but not required.
