This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with machinery, and learning new skills in a fast-paced production environment. No specialized experience required. Training is provided. Job Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment.
• Load materials and replenish machine supplies.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform product inspections and identify defects.
• Support cutting, finishing, and packaging operations.
• Assist with material handling and general production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all facility safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Cross-train in multiple departments and production processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
