Daily Responsibilities:

Fold, stack, and organize finished cardboard products coming off production equipment Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Package and prepare products for storage or shipment Move materials throughout the production area Assist with machine operation and production processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow safety procedures and production guidelines Work with team members to meet daily production goals Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. What We're Looking For

Required:

At least 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. consistently Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable attendance and work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred:

Machine operation experience Manufacturing or production experience Experience working with cardboard, paper products, packaging, or assembly Willingness to learn and grow Work Environment
