Production Associate

In this role, you will work on a high-speed bottling line, helping finish products and prepare them for distribution. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive work, and looking to gain experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a high-speed bottling production line
• Place components into bottles as part of the finishing process
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently and accurately
• Maintain production standards and workflow requirements
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Support team production goals throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to remain seated for up to 1012 hours during the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Overtime is common
• Candidates should be comfortable working 5060 hours per week

Work Environment

• High-speed bottling and production environment
• Repetitive production work
• Primarily seated work throughout most of the shift
• Team-oriented manufacturing setting

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.25 - $17.25/hr.
