You support day-to-day production operations through tasks such as assembly, machine operation, packaging, and general labor, helping ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.Responsibilities
- Perform general production and assembly tasks according to work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with packaging of finished products, ensuring correct labeling and secure packing.
- Use hand tools and tape measures accurately to complete production and assembly work.
- Support general labor activities, including material handling, loading, and unloading as needed.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if qualified and authorized.
- Monitor production processes and report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
