Responsibilities
- Assemble motor sub-components and related parts
- Pack finished products for shipment
- Pick and stage materials for production
- Perform quality inspections and checks
- Clean and prepare metal parts by removing protective oils
- Follow written and computer-based work instructions
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Move between production areas as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Required Manufacturing or production experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift Comfortable using a computer and following detailed instructions Strong attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, write, and communicate in EnglishPreferred Assembly experience Quality inspection experience Packing and shipping experience Electronic assembly experience Work Environment 🏭 Extremely clean and organized facility Temperature-controlled production floor👥 Team-oriented environment with 8-20 employees per production area🔄 Cross-training opportunities across multiple departments🦺 Safety-focused workplaceEmployees rotate between different work areas and are trained on various tasks, providing opportunities to expand skills and increase advancement potential.
