Job Title: PorterJob DescriptionThe position requires a dedicated individual responsible for the general upkeep of both indoor and outdoor facility areas. Key duties include cleaning office areas, removing trash, cleaning windows, replenishing bathroom supplies, and maintaining outdoor spaces. The role may also involve snow removal, salting walkways, sweeping, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Perform indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of facility areas.
- Clean office spaces, including trash removal, surface wiping, and window cleaning.
- Replenish bathroom supplies as needed.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including snow removal and walkway salting.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Experience in custodial maintenance and janitorial duties.
- Proficiency in cleaning windows, office areas, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Ability to handle labor work and trash removal.
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies and products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in snow removal and sweeping.
- Capability in vacuuming and material handling.
