Job Title: PO3 Assembler - Urgent! $18-$22.75 1st and 2nd Shift Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assembler who will be responsible for operating tools, equipment, and processes according to instructions and using personal experience. The role requires adherence to quality policies and customer specifications, ensuring high standards of work. The assembler will support improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment, while staying updated on certifications and training requirements.Responsibilities

• Operate tools, equipment, and processes based on instructions and experience.
• Assist in creating instructions when none are available.
• Adhere to standard work, including quality policies and customer specifications.
• Monitor own work to ensure quality standards and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of time, labor, inventory, process documentation, scrap, and quality.
• Support improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.
• Generate innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Stay updated on certifications and training requirements.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is clean and temperature-controlled, ensuring comfort at all times. Training is extensive to ensure successful integration into the team. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
