Job Title: Picker/PackerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team at a renowned toy company as a Picker/Packer in Lakewood, WA. Be a part of a growing operation that brings joy to children and families worldwide. You will be responsible for locating orders, packing them into boxes, and preparing them for shipment, primarily focusing on Nee Doh products.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Receive, sort, and put away inventory efficiently.
• Pull and pack products based on daily orders with precision.
• Utilize scanners to read bar codes on products and handle customer orders with paper pick tickets.
• Maintain order accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Monitor product quality and report any safety issues promptly.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to troubleshoot problems.
• Handle products heavier than 50 pounds safely, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, climbing stairs, and reaching frequently during shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness in the assigned area.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of similar experience.
• Proficiency with RF scanning.
• Experience using a pallet jack.
• Ability to stand on feet all day.
• Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.
• Strong teamwork mentality, with a willingness to help out and learn different tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus.
