- Pick and gather products based on customer orders and pick lists
- Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and verify inventory
- Ensure order accuracy before products are packed and shipped
- Label cartons and packages according to shipping requirements
- Securely pack products using appropriate packaging materials
- Perform special projects such as kitting, custom packaging, and relabeling when needed
- Assist with inventory counts, stock verification, and staging activities
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow established quality, safety, and warehouse procedures
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of inventory handling and general warehouse operations
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Experience with packaging and labeling processes preferred
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy seasons
Schedule Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMPeak Season Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Work Environment This position is based in a busy warehouse and distribution facility focused on outbound order fulfillment. You'll spend your shift on your feet, moving throughout the warehouse to pick, verify, pack, and prepare products for shipment. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on inventory accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.Dress Code: Work pants, work shirt, and sneakers. No steel-toe boots required.
