- Assist customers, contractors, and team members in locating and ordering the correct parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and accurate product information.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain organized warehouse areas.
- Receive, track, and replenish inventory as needed.
- Process parts requests and support daily operations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous parts counter, warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience preferred.
- HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and inventory management experience is helpful.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
