• Tend to processing machines and equipment for efficient operation throughout the production shift.
• Assemble and disassemble machines as needed and identify when adjustments are required.
• Change machine labels and recipes as necessary.
• Perform all job functions safely and set a positive example for other team members.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to the operation of the Meat Production facility.
• Follow all government regulations and company policies regarding cleaning and sanitation.
• Adhere to health and safety practices to promote operational efficiency, workplace safety, and food safety.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of the role and individual capabilities.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.95/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
