• Assemble boxes and ensure all components are correctly packed according to written instructions and established standards.
• Prepare ventilator kits and accessories, verifying that all required parts are included and properly organized.
• Package finished products for delivery to the warehouse, ensuring items are labeled, sealed, and ready for shipment.
• Follow written directions accurately to complete packaging and production tasks in a timely manner.
• Support warehouse-related activities, including receivables and inventory control processes.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
• Adhere to FDA and ISO standards during packaging and handling of products.
• Work collaboratively with a team of approximately eight colleagues on the production floor.
• Assist in other operational areas as needed, such as receiving and general inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area while performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, and lifting.

Essential Skills

• Experience with packaging and warehouse operations.
• Basic computer skills to support inventory and production tasks.
• Ability to follow written directions with a high level of accuracy.
• Understanding of receivables and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with inventory cycle counts.
• Awareness of FDA and ISO standards and willingness to work in compliance with these requirements.
• Capability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting frequently.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bothell, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
