Order Selector PM ShiftMonday through Saturday from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm on the PM shift.Pay: 17-19/HRJob DescriptionThe Order Selector PM Shift receives, stores, and distributes dry foods and other dry products in a warehouse environment using pick lists and tickets. This role operates an order picker at height, uses an RF scanner to locate and pick items, and ensures orders are completed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The position requires regular lifting of up to 50 pounds and consistent attention to detail to maintain productivity and accuracy.Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute dry foods and dry products within the warehouse using pick lists and tickets.
• Operate an order picker safely and efficiently, including working comfortably at elevated heights.
• Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and confirm products accurately according to order requirements.
• Pick and pull orders with a high degree of accuracy to meet customer and operational expectations.
• Perform picking and packing tasks, including preparing items for shipment or further processing.
• Handle products and materials safely, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment while meeting established performance standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training, including initial training with the safety lead.
• Support general warehouse operations, including basic warehousing, order pulling, and inventory handling as needed.
• Work scheduled PM shift hours consistently, including Monday through Saturday, from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

Essential Skills

• Experience working as an order selector, order puller, or in a similar warehouse role.
• Ability to operate an order picker and work comfortably at heights.
• Proficiency using an RF scanner for picking, packing, and order pulling tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to pick orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Experience with general warehouse operations, including warehousing, picking, packing, and order pulling.
• Ability to work the PM shift schedule of 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a picker/packer or order picker/packer.
• Familiarity with forklift operations.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Willingness to complete initial safety training with a safety lead during the first three days.
