Why Work Here? You will join an innovative health solutions organization in the pharmaceutical and wellness space, working in a modern warehouse that supports a broad customer base, including high-profile clients such as elite athletic teams. The warehouse has recently opened and serves as a key hub for West Coast distribution, offering opportunities to grow as the operation expands. All shipping technicians start at Level 1 and can progress internally to higher levels with corresponding pay increases, with many direct hires earning higher wages after one year. Benefits become effective on the first day of the month following the hire date, and eligible dependents, including spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children, may be enrolled in many benefit plans. The culture emphasizes internal promotion, stability, and supporting employees health and financial well-being. Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a warehouse-only facility dedicated to distributing pharmaceutical-related supplement and vitamin products. The environment is fast-paced and highly regulated under FDA oversight, with operations conducted according to strict SOPs and cGMPs. Shipping technicians work solely in the warehouse at individual stations, standing for the entire shift while picking, packing, scanning, and verifying orders. The facility operates as a clean-room atmosphere, requiring consistent adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
