• Keep production lines running efficiently by monitoring equipment and production flow
• Troubleshoot and clear minor machine jams to minimize downtime
• Load raw materials into machinery and ensure consistent production output
• Package finished products according to quality standards
• Assist with machine operation and basic mechanical tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skills and career opportunities
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience
• Basic machine operation knowledge
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your feet throughout a 12-hour shift
• Comfortable working days, nights, weekends, and rotating schedules
• Dependable attendance and commitment to safety
