Location: Acton, MA Pay: $17-$19 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Overtime: Approximately 20 hours of overtime built into your schedule each week What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor large-scale manufacturing equipment
• Load, inspect, and process materials throughout production
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Complete production documentation and reports
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, warehouse, or general labor roles
• Ability to work safely around industrial machinery
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime
