Oil Field Worker

Aerotek is Hiring: Oilfield Rig Up & Down Laborers ASAP 💰 Pay: $22-$23/hr Weekly Pay 60+ Hours Per Week Available Job Overview Aerotek is looking for hardworking individuals with oil & gas experience to join a growing team as an Oilfield Rig Up & Down Laborer (Roustabout). In this role, you'll help set up, maintain, and tear down equipment used in water transfer and drilling operations. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with plenty of overtime available. What You'll Do

• Rig up and rig down pumps, manifolds, lay-flat hose, and temporary pipelines
• Install, connect, test, and remove water transfer lines
• Monitor equipment and transfer operations for leaks or issues
• Perform basic maintenance on pumps, valves, fittings, and hoses
• Load, unload, and move equipment between job sites
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, excavators, and other machinery
• Support pipeline installation and other oilfield operations
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous oil & gas experience, preferably with rig up/down operations
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong safety awareness and ability to wear PPE
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical labor and work long hours

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, WV. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
