Multicraft Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician | 2nd & 3rd Shift Join a highly automated manufacturing facility where you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced production equipment, including PLCs, robotics, CNC machinery, vision systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This role is ideal for experienced maintenance professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex equipment issues.Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled automation equipment, Fanuc robots, CNC machines, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment failures.
• Support PLC troubleshooting, including monitoring logic, troubleshooting inputs/outputs, and making necessary adjustments.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and support Cognex and Keyence vision systems.
• Re-teach and adjust Fanuc robots to improve performance and product quality.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Document maintenance activities and collaborate with production and engineering teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, industrial controls, and automated equipment.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with CNC equipment, vision systems, or Beckhoff/Siemens controls is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM-10:30 PM) or 3rd shift (10:30 PM-6:30 AM), including overtime as needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Bowling Green, KY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $89440.00/yr.
