Welder What You'll Do

• MIG weld and fabricate custom metal products, agricultural equipment, tanks, and structural components
• Read blueprints and assemble parts to specifications
• Grind, fit, and finish welds
• Use hand tools, tape measures, and overhead cranes
• Work with a team to complete projects safely and on schedule

What We're Looking For

• MIG welding experience or welding school/training
• Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
• Experience with fabrication tools and metalworking equipment
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Preferred

• Flux-core welding experience
• Agricultural, structural steel, or fabrication shop background
• Experience with press brakes or sheet metal work
