This is a long-term opportunity for welders with experience welding steel, reading blueprints, and working in a production environment.Most employees on-site speak Spanish, so Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications
• Use grinders and fabrication tools to prepare materials
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
• Meet production and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience on steel
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with fabrication, grinding, and weld preparation
• Flux core experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a weld test
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Open-bay manufacturing facility
