This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience who enjoy working with tools and building quality products. Schedule

• Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Occasional half-days on Friday, OT available
• Full-time, long-term opportunity

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical products, subassemblies, and final assemblies
• Follow blueprints, drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform light fabrication tasks, including drilling, sanding, cutting, and painting components
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support continuous improvement and team production goals
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and drawings
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials throughout the workday

Preferred Experience

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Blueprint reading
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices
• Experience in a quality-focused manufacturing environment
