We are hiring Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers! DIRECT HIRE $22-28/hr 1st shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm 2nd shift - 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Responsibilities
Assemble and install electrical components according to work instructions and specifications Route, secure, and connect wiring harnesses, connectors, sensors, and electrical systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality Troubleshoot electrical connectivity issues and assist with root cause analysis when needed Use hand tools, crimping tools, and electrical assembly equipment safely and effectively Assist with material handling and component installation throughout the assembly process Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet production goals Follow all quality, environmental, and safety procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives and other production areas as needed
Qualifications
Previous electrical or mechanical assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or related experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints or electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Understanding of electrical systems and electrical components Experience using hand tools and electrical assembly tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and expand technical skills
