🔧 What You'll Do

• Respool copper wire according to customer specifications
• Perform quality inspections and document production information
• Use micrometers and measuring tools to verify product dimensions
• Package finished products onto wooden reels for shipment
• Support shipping, receiving, and material handling operations
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
• Assist with general production, assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to accurately read and use a micrometer
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Machine operation experience is preferred
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
