Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician | 3rd Shift Pay: $30-$35/hr DOESchedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (4-3-4 rotating schedule, every other Saturday required) | Paid training on day shift for 4-5 weeks

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment, supporting production operations within a copper rod manufacturing facility.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems, including equipment used in wire and metal processing operations.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs while maintaining equipment to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to schedule repairs, analyze equipment failures, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Support facility maintenance activities, including building systems, safety inspections, spare parts inventory management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Work safely in an industrial environment that includes exposure to elevated temperatures near copper furnace operations, utilizing specialized PPE and following all EHS policies and procedures.
• Ideal candidates will have industrial maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting skills, working knowledge of 120/240/480VAC systems, and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.- 401k - 5% match. Employees can participate after 90 days of employment.
