Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician $30-$50/hr | 12-Hour Rotating ScheduleJob Description We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a high-speed food and beverage manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe, efficient operations. Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• 12-Hour Rotating Schedule
• Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Respond to equipment failures and emergency breakdowns.
• Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, and packaging equipment.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and safety procedures.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food, beverage, packaging, or consumer products manufacturing experience.
• Allen-Bradley PLC experience.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Technical degree or trade certification.
• Experience with high-speed production equipment.

Work Environment This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing setting around automated production and packaging equipment.
