Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. You will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical tasks, ranging from preventive maintenance to troubleshooting complex systems.Responsibilities

• Execute a preventive maintenance schedule and complete work orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with another technician during your shift to achieve maintenance goals.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v and 3 phase, including fuses, motors, and controllers.
• Address mechanical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, boilers, pumps, and air compressors.
• Conduct minor fabrication work and general building maintenance tasks such as changing light ballasts, basic plumbing, painting, and snow shoveling.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency.
• Interpret and read prints and schematics for effective troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Own basic hand tools; additional tools provided by the company.
• Experience in troubleshooting up to 480v and 3 phase electrical systems.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, boilers, pumps, and air compressors.
• Fabrication or welding experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.67 - $33.67/hr.
