Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Technician Position Overview We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support industrial manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoy working with production equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring safe and efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and adjust machinery and equipment components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as required.
• Maintain and repair bearings, gearboxes, pumps, piping systems, lubrication systems, and rotating equipment.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and precision maintenance equipment.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment conditions.
• Operate forklifts, lifts, and other support equipment as needed.
• Support continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and workplace safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance degree or related technical education.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Precision alignment experience.
• Experience maintaining gearboxes, bearings, and lubrication systems.
• Fabrication and equipment modification experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or aerial lifts.
