Industrial Maintenance Technician 📍 Buffalo, NY💲 $30-$40/hr (Based on Experience)We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements
• Work with production teams to minimize downtime
• Follow safety, quality, and maintenance procedures

What We're Looking For

• Experience with industrial maintenance and equipment repair
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
• Experience with pneumatics, PLCs, or CMMS systems is a plus
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
