We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to run production equipment in a fast-paced print and bindery environment. Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate production, lamination, and bindery equipment
- Read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and production specifications
- Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate cutting and trimming equipment to precise dimensions
- Complete hand-finishing tasks such as collating, assembling, kitting, and packaging
- Monitor machine performance and maintain productivity goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all quality and safety procedures
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing, printing, bindery, or production environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand production documents in English
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
