- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience using measurement tools such as micrometers preferred
- Forklift and material handling experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
