Machine Operator $201+HR

Job Title: Machine Operator | 1st & 3rd Shift Available | $20-21+HRJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. This role offers opportunities on both the 1st and 2nd shifts, with a 12-hour rotating schedule. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to coat products with precision.Responsibilities

• Select, weigh, measure, prepare, and add appropriate coatings to machines.
• Set up and operate machines to coat products effectively.
• Observe machine gauges and equipment to detect defects or deviations from standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Record operational data on specified forms.
• Understand raw materials, production processes, and other techniques to maximize the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine operation and production.
• Proficiency in machine operating and inspection.
• Independent decision-making ability.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous machine operator experience required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous coating or printing experience is a plus.
• Tow motor experience is advantageous.
