Machine Operator

Press Assistant Join a growing printing and manufacturing team that produces labels for major retail and grocery brands. As a Press Assistant, you'll support press operations by inspecting products, packaging finished materials, assisting with machine setups, and helping keep production running efficiently. Paid training and advancement opportunities are available.Responsibilities:

• Assist press operators during production runs
• Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
• Box, label, and palletize finished products
• Load paper rolls and assist with machine changeovers
• Support ink changes and basic machine operation
• Perform packaging, banding, and general production tasks
• Follow safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
• Mechanical aptitude or 6+ months of mechanical experience
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and assist with heavier materials
• Experience with packaging, assembly, or machine operation preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Steel-toed or composite-toed shoes required
