Machine Operator

This exciting opportunity within our Microbiology Division allows you to contribute to the manufacturing of impactful products. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be integral to the production process, handling tasks such as loading products, checking volumes, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely operate assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and immediately report malfunctioning equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines to run at different sizes.
• Obtain correct materials from the warehouse or staging area for operational needs.
• Organize production flow, ensure material availability, estimate line progress, and schedule breaks in line with the production time schedule safely.
• Accurately document work, check for quality and compliance, monitor product for defects, and assist with inventory processes.
• Complete production assignments timely in accordance with departmental schedules.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, assembly, assembly line, and packaging.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform inspections.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as production, fast food, retail, or restaurants.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred 3 months of production experience.
• Good attitude and growth mindset.
• Understanding and implementing directions.
