Machine Operator

• Set up, operate, and monitor Hydromat machines to meet production demands
• Complete machine changeovers and tooling adjustments
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet blueprint and specification requirements
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and scales
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary operational adjustments
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, including checking fluid levels and replacing filters
• Operate additional production equipment such as punch presses, brake presses, and similar machinery as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience performing machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently after training

Preferred Experience

• Hydromat machine operation and setup
• CNC machining, punch press, or brake press experience
• Machine shop or machining environment experience
• Preventative maintenance and production troubleshooting

New hires may complete training on 1st shift for 1-3 weeks before transitioning to their assigned schedule.
