Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Carlisle, PA Pay rate: $29.51 1st shift: 7am to 7pm Job DescriptionWe are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support production in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring specialized equipment, performing quality inspections, handling glass products, and assisting with routine equipment upkeep. Candidates should be comfortable working around industrial machinery and committed to maintaining a safe, efficient work area.Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor machine performance throughout the manufacturing process.
• Set up machinery and make adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Monitor gauges, system readings, and production data to ensure efficient operation.
• Load and unload glass materials while maintaining product quality and minimizing damage.
• Inspect finished products for defects and verify compliance with quality standards.
• Record production information and complete required documentation accurately.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and equipment repairs as needed.
• Support product changeovers and equipment setup between production runs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and production requirements.

Essential Skills

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment issues.
• Comfortable using computers and production tracking systems.
• Ability to follow written instructions, specifications, and work orders.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, kneel, and move throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $61380.80 - $61380.80/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Benefits as followed:
