Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator 📍 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PMLooking for a hands-on manufacturing role with room to grow? We're hiring a Machine Operator to join a precision manufacturing team producing high-quality components for industrial and scientific applications. What You'll Do

• Operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts
• Perform machine setups and tooling changeovers
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments
• Complete routine machine maintenance
• Follow safety and production procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to perform measurements and quality checks
• Reliable work history and willingness to learn

Bonus Skills

• CNC machining or lathe operation
• Blueprint reading
• Machine setup experience
• Quality inspection experience
