Machine Operator | $23-$25/HR | 2nd & 3rd Shift York, PA | $23-$25/hour | Full-Time | Contract-to-HireLooking for a stable, long-term manufacturing opportunity with great pay and hands-on training? We are hiring multiple Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the York, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience who wants to build a long-term career with a company that is willing to invest in training the right people. You do not need experience with this company's specific equipment. If you have solid industrial experience, mechanical aptitude, a strong attendance record, and a willingness to learn, we want to talk to you. Available Shifts 2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

3rd Shift

• Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM-6:30 AM

Training: New employees should be prepared to train on 1st shift, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, for approximately 4-6 weeks before moving to their regular shift. What You'll Be Doing As a Machine Operator, you'll be trained to set up, operate, monitor, and adjust industrial production equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.Your responsibilities may include:

• Set up and operate automated production machinery
• Load raw materials and remove finished materials
• Monitor equipment and make adjustments to maintain efficient production
• Complete machine changeovers and setups
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Use tape measures, micrometers, and calipers to check product specifications
• Complete basic preventative maintenance and equipment checks
• Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
• Record production and quality information accurately
• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment after training
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other established safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work alongside production, maintenance, and leadership teams to meet daily goals

Work Environment You'll work in a smaller-team manufacturing environment where safety, organization, quality, and teamwork are emphasized. This is a hands-on industrial position that involves working around production machinery and material-handling equipment.Safety glasses and hearing protection are provided. Safety-toed footwear is required. Long-Term Opportunity This position is designed for candidates looking for more than a short-term assignment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
