Machine Operator - Englewood, CO

Pay: $22-$26/hr (DOE)Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Job Summary We're hiring Machine Operators to support a fast-paced production environment specializing in custom packaging and printed products. This role involves operating digital printing and finishing equipment, performing quality checks, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and helping ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic adjustments
• Operate finishing equipment such as cutters and creasers
• Verify work orders and product specifications
• Assist with packaging, fulfillment, and final inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

Preferred Experience

• Printing, packaging, or manufacturing environments
• Digital printing equipment
• Finishing, cutting, or packaging machinery
