Machine Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance MechanicJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our second-shift maintenance team. This role is pivotal in diagnosing and repairing automated equipment, as well as electrical and mechanical systems. The day-to-day responsibilities will vary, with approximately 50% of the time dedicated to preventative maintenance, 30% focused on high-level diagnostics and repairs, and 20% on various project-based work.Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical subsystems, including PLCs, 480V systems, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain and repair 3-phase motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and facility tools.
• Perform light facilities tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Expertise in preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with 3-phase motors, pneumatics, and schematics.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical degree (preferred).
• Welding experience (nice to have).
