Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lapping and surface grinding equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and microscopes.
• Conduct quality inspections and document production data.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, machining, production, or machine operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• High School Diploma or GED.
