What You'll Do

• Assemble and work with small aerospace components
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Trim, paint, mold, and prepare products for production
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Use hand tools and work with precision parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• Support daily production goals as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small parts
• Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Experience with hand tools is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
