You'll support the production of metal coolers used in diesel engines by:

• Loading tubes and components into automated production equipment
• Performing assembly using pneumatic and powered tools
• Operating robotic welding stations
• Conducting quality inspections and product testing
• Packing finished products and preparing materials for production
• Monitoring equipment and reporting issues
• Completing basic production and inspection documentation
• Supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation while maintaining safety and quality standards

📋 What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required
• Basic machine operation or production experience is helpful but not required

Bonus Points For:

• Manufacturing experience
• Blueprint reading
• Caliper or measuring tool experience
• Quality inspection experience
• Robotic welding or automated equipment experience
• Metal fabrication or plastics manufacturing background
