General Production Worker

No sampling experience is required. If you have experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, labor, maintenance, equipment operation, or other hands-on work, we want to hear from you.This role offers paid training, a clear path to permanent employment, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain industrial equipment and work areas
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Remove material buildup and keep equipment operating efficiently
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Record basic production and operational data
• Perform general labor and housekeeping duties
• Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Assist with production and material handling operations
• Support daily terminal and equipment operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, production, maintenance, or industrial environments preferred
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and work outdoors
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends

Training Period (Up to 90 Days):

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

After Training:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
• Built-in days off throughout the rotation

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
