General Production Worker

Looking for a hands-on job with a stable schedule and growth opportunities? We are hiring Production Workers to join our 3rd shift manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by cleaning, organizing, and preparing equipment, tools, and materials used throughout the manufacturing process.This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, sanitation, landscaping, automotive, construction, or general labor experience. Training is provided for motivated individuals who are dependable and ready to work. What You'll Do

• Clean and wash production tools, fixtures, molds, and equipment
• Remove excess materials, residue, and debris from reusable production components
• Inspect parts for damage or quality concerns
• Organize and return cleaned materials to production areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate pressure washers, cleaning equipment, and basic hand tools
• Assist with moving materials throughout the facility
• Track inventory of reusable production hardware and equipment
• Report damaged equipment or supply shortages
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, sanitation, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
