General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker who will be responsible for replacing wooden pallets with plastic ones and aerating loads prior to printing, based on the production schedule. The role also involves performing preventative maintenance on equipment, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues by early detection and machine sound during operation. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to read basic measurement tools and follow proper work instructions. This position requires frequent lifting or carrying of weights ranging from 10 to 25 pounds and handling pallets weighing 40-52 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Replace wooden pallets with plastic pallets and aerate loads before printing, according to the production schedule.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and diagnose/troubleshoot issues using early detection and machine sound.
• Read basic measurement tools and follow proper work instructions.
• Lift or carry weights of 10 to 25 pounds frequently and handle pallets weighing 40-52 pounds.
• Stand regularly and use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls.
• Reach with hands and arms frequently, and occasionally walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
