General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker trained in electronic assembly of switches for various sectors including military, government, agriculture, and healthcare. The role involves dealing with small parts, requiring excellent hand-eye coordination, and working with hand tools to build component parts. You will be responsible for gathering materials, placing components onto PC boards, and working with precision hand tools. The position requires standing and sitting throughout the day with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic switches for various industries.
• Utilize hand tools to build and assemble component parts.
• Gather and organize necessary materials for production.
• Place components onto PC boards with precision.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail while sitting and standing at your workstation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during assembly.

Essential Skills

• Experience with electronic assembly and small parts handling.
• Proficiency in using hand and precision tools.
• Strong hand-eye dexterity.
• Ability to work independently at a workstation.
• Attention to detail in assembly tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Solder certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience in pick and place operations is advantageous and may affect pay rate.
